A Chinese filmmaker who was last month exposed making racist videos of African children and selling them online has been extradited from Zambia to Malawi. In one clip, children are made to chant in Chinese, “I'm a black monster. My IQ is low.” Chinese authorities have since pledged to clamp down on online racism against Africans, and social media platforms say they have taken steps to ensure such videos are not circulated again. Lu Ke has denied the accusations.
